SPAIN (PENINSULA)

  • 24-48 hour delivery.
  • Free shipping on orders over €49.
  • For orders totaling less than €49, the shipping charge is €7.50.

SPAIN (ISLANDS)

  • Balearic Islands: 24-48 hour delivery and €7.50 shipping fee. Free shipping on orders over €60.
  • Canary Islands: 6-12 day delivery and €20 shipping fee. 

PORTUGAL (PENINSULA)

  • 24-48 hour delivery.
  • Free shipping on orders over €60.
  • For orders totaling less than €60, the shipping charge is €7.50.

REST OF EUROPE

  • 2-10 day delivery, depending on the destination.
  • €20 shipping fee (France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Ireland, Czech Republic, Slovenia)

SHIPMENTS

THE DELIVERY TIME for our goods is approximately two days for destinations within the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. These delivery times are estimated and calculated as of the moment an order leaves our warehouse. Thank you for placing your trust in us. If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to shop@geosminacomponents.com. These delivery times may change around special dates (such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.) due to the high number of shipments that companies must process. GEOSMINA reserves the right to modify the delivery time and shipping method without prior notice for large orders. 

Geosmina sends its products to customers via the shipping company SEUR for deliveries to the peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and the rest of Europe.

We do not ship to:

  • Ceuta
  • Melilla
  • Portuguese islands
  • Italian islands

Geosmina agrees to deliver its products in perfect condition to the address entered by you in the order form. To optimize the delivery process, please provide a phone number along with an address where orders may be delivered during regular business hours. Delivery times are subject to potential incidents on behalf of the shipping company.

RETURNS

According to General Law 3/2014 for the Protection of Consumers and Users of March 27, 2014, all the products purchased from the online store “www.geosminacomponents.com” may be returned for reimbursement as long as you inform us of your intent to return the purchased products within 14 calendar days of the delivery date and they comply with the terms and conditions defined in this section. Geosmina will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered and have the original packaging and labels.
  • Return shipments must be sent in a sturdy box or packaging to ensure the product reaches the Geosmina warehouse in the best possible condition.
  • The product must not be used.
  • The customer must pay for return shipping at the point of origin.
  • The product must be returned to the following address:

Upon examining the product, we will inform you of whether it may be returned for reimbursement of the amount paid.

The reimbursement will be processed as quickly as possible and always within 14 days as of when you informed us of your intent to return the goods.

The corresponding amount will be reimbursed to the credit card used to pay for the purchase (in the case of credit card purchases) or via bank transfer to an account owned by the person who placed the order, and this information must be sent by the customer via e-mail.

Products that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered to the customer or that have been used (beyond opening the package) may not be returned. These regulations do not affect the consumer rights defined by applicable legislation.

RETURNING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you believe that a product is not in perfect condition when it is delivered, please contact us immediately by sending an e-mail to shop@geosminacomponents.com, specifying the product details along with the defect in question.

Upon receiving this notification, Geosmina will contact you with instructions on how to proceed and what shipping company to use. Once the items to be returned have been received, we will carefully examine the returned product and inform you via e-mail within 15 days as to whether the product may be returned or replaced (if applicable). The item will be returned or replaced as quickly as possible but always within 15 days from when we send you an e-mail confirming the approval of the return or the replacement of the defective product.

If the product(s) cannot be replaced, the full amount paid for the defective product(s) will be reimbursed, including the shipping costs to deliver and return the product.

Shipping and reimbursement fees will not be refunded in the event of a partial return or if the product in question is not defective.

The corresponding amount will be reimbursed to the credit card used to pay for the purchase or via bank transfer in the case of orders paid with a bank transfer.

AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS.

GEOSMINA strives to guarantee the availability of all the products advertised on www.geosminacomponents.com. However, if a requested product is not available or is sold out, the customer will be notified within 24 hours of when the order was placed. If a product is not in stock when the order is placed, the user has the option of RESERVING the product to have it delivered as soon as possible.

If the product is not available and the consumer has been informed accordingly, GEOSMINA may supply a similar product at the same price, which the consumer may accept or refuse by exercising their right of withdrawal and termination of the contract.

If part or all of the order is unavailable and the replacement products are refused by the customer, the amount paid will be reimbursed within 15 calendar days.

If GEOSMINA delays the reimbursement of the amount paid without reason, the consumer may submit a claim for twice the amount in question.

PRODUCT OFFERING AND DEALS.

GEOSMINA’s product offering is valid as long as there is available stock. GEOSMINA reserves the right to modify the product range based on issues caused by its suppliers.

The products offered are displayed on the screen along with their main features and price.

GEOSMINA reserves the right to decide, at any time, as to the products and/or services it offers to customers. As a result, GEOSMINA may, at any time, add new products and/or services to what is currently offered. GEOSMINA also reserves the right to remove or eliminate, at any time and without prior notice, any of the products offered.

LIABILITY AND EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY.

The consumer/user has the right to have the product repaired or replaced, to receive a discount or to have the contract terminated, as per Chapter II Tit. IV Book II of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users as well as other applicable laws.

If the product does not comply with the contract, the consumer may choose to have the product repaired or replaced, at no cost to the consumer and within a reasonable amount of time as per the nature of the products and their intended purpose.

If the product still does not comply with the contract after the product has been repaired and delivered, the consumer may insist on having it replaced, receiving a discount or terminating the contract.

GEOSMINA may, at any time and without prior notice, cancel or remove some or all of the products that have not been included in a sale contract. This does not apply to products that have been reserved by registered users or that were included in a prior sale contract, which will be governed by the applicable conditions.
