The USER may revoke their consent and exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, deletion (right to be forgotten) and restriction of portability by sending an e-mail to info@geosminacomponents.com, specifying their name, surnames and DNI identification number along with the right to be exercised.

If at any time the USER decides to no longer receive e-mail messages, they may exercise their right of erasure and renounce receiving them by clicking on the link established for this purpose in every message, as per Title III, Article 22 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and e-Commerce.

GEOSMINA adopts the corresponding security levels specified by the aforementioned GDPR 679/2016 and other applicable legislation. However, it cannot guarantee the complete security of the systems and is therefore not liable for damage resulting from alterations made by third parties to the computer systems, electronic documents or user files. If the user chooses to leave our website through links to websites that are not owned by our entity, GEOSMINA is not liable for the privacy policies of those websites or for the cookies they may store on the user’s computer.
