The consumer/user has the right to have the product repaired or replaced, to receive a discount or to have the contract terminated, as per Chapter II Tit. IV Book II of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users as well as other applicable laws.
If the product does not comply with the contract, the consumer may choose to have the product repaired or replaced, at no cost to the consumer and within a reasonable amount of time as per the nature of the products and their intended purpose.
If the product still does not comply with the contract after the product has been repaired and delivered, the consumer may insist on having it replaced, receiving a discount or terminating the contract.
GEOSMINA may, at any time and without prior notice, cancel or remove some or all of the products that have not been included in a sale contract. This does not apply to products that have been reserved by registered users or that were included in a prior sale contract, which will be governed by the applicable conditions.
